Exceptional service, quality of work and customer care. We used Greg for one initial project, immediately added one more. Shortly after my daughter and family found their house without power and heat upon returning from a trip from NY on a Sunday night. National Grid claimed issue was with my family’s house and Greg came out to investigate. He immediately created a temp fix so house was partially powered. The following day he called National Grid, explaining his hypothesis.
